Holtec’s Plan To Demolish Indian Point Generates Many Questions
CORTLANDT, NY – Cortlandt residents concerned about plans to tear down the Indian Point nuclear plants and store the radioactive waste crowded into Buchanan Village Hall this week to hear from Holtec International, the decommissioning company that could become the plants’ new owner. The sale to Holtec by Entergy must be approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
