Opponents drop challenge to Ohio’s House Bill 6, which funds nuclear bailout

Opponents of a ratepayer-funded bailout of a pair of nuclear power plants in Ohio have dropped their challenge. House Bill 6 creates a pair of funds to support nuclear energy plants and some solar power facilities in the Buckeye State. Ohioans Against Corporate Bailouts sought to put the matter on the ballot for voters to decide.
