Plymouth keeps unified tax rate. Rate goes down, taxes go up.

Plymouth’s tax rate is going down, but values and taxes are increasing. PLYMOUTH – The tax rate has gone down, but values and taxes are increasing. The average residential tax bill for Fiscal Year 2020, which begins July 1, will increase approximately $240, according to Director of Assessing Anne Dunn, while commercial property taxes will increase by an average of $1,300.
