Scriba, Exelon $500 million apart on Fitz assessment
OSWEGO – Local municipalities and Exelon Generation are seeking to come to terms on a new tax deal for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant as the disagreement of what the parties think the facility is worth heads to court.
