ABOUT EIGHT HOURS LATER, THAT WATER VAPOR THAT COMES BILLOWING OUT OF THE COOLING TOWERS WILL STOP AS WELL. THAT IS A SITE THAT IS FAMILIAR TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE AREA.
